The highly detailed and fully textured model boasts a meticulously crafted cockpit filled with toggle switches, circuit breakers, and controls, as well as navcom radios, DME, GPS, autopilot, and glass cockpit instruments. The model also features accurate seating, bulkheads, and interior spaces for a realistic appearance inside and out. It includes animatable propellers, retracting landing gear and doors, all control surfaces, wing fences, static lines, radio antenna array, GPS, and other antennas. Taxi and landing lights are included on the nose gear and wing tips, while NAV lights and beacons are also present. This ultra-detailed model was built from scratch without using materials or modeling from any medium poly version of this aircraft. Designed specifically for programming in Microsoft Flight Simulator and other programs, this Beechcraft Starship model was created by Archangel Productions and released for sale to Flight Simulator X fans in September 2010. As the most modern design of its time, the Starship was designed by Burt Rutan, who also favored many features from his popular home-built experimental aircraft.
