3/12/24,  V5 split frame is in testing and a V5 solid with adjustable block. I took inspiration from another designer JamesClancey_591302 and am testing out my own design for a dovetail-style joint. This version will have NO extra hardware but you will need to add some glue to keep it from shifting or coming apart.  YOU MUST have a well-calibrated printer for the split files the tolerances are very tight (0.01 mm Gap) and you will need to trim/sand off any elephant foot.  I am also uploading a version with a 2mm "pin” to help with not over seating the 2 pieces when gluing them together. “these fit and hold so well I recommend the pin version! If there is interest I will make a v5.5 with looser tolerances. 2/7/24  Update V5 ( yes we skipped V4)  adjusted thickness for the side walls and fins, as well as thin the screw backer 5/8 #8 screws should work great now. V3 needed almost 1" Adding a picture of V5.  1/31/24 Update V3 of split frame and new brace added   1/30/24 The Misalignment issue persists in the printed split part, I have no clue how since my test print works fine. V3 was added for the Whole model and 2 with preset blocks. V3 of the split model is being worked on and should be released in the next few days.🤞🤞🤞 V3 also includes a place for a screw to be used for a mechanical bond with a wooden top and bottom bar. (predrill recommended)   10/24 Update almost all parts were replaced with V2. Found there was a slight misalignment in how the Deep and Medium frames sit. The block has been shrunk and the alignment pins position changed for the lower half. Also embossed the side of the block to use for which foundations. I have also added a solid model if you have an XL printer like a CR10 S4/5 or simular sizeOrigional-A remix of NonDisjunction's sidebar design to allow for the medium foundation on top or bottom to reduce the tendency of cross-comb as recommended by Jim @ VinofarmNo part is larger than 202mm so it should work on almost any printer!Tollerences are set very tight so make sure your printer is well calibrated!to connect everything use a combination of your glue of choice and M3 Stainless steel bolts and nuts to secure the sidebars with the brace. When inserting be careful of cross-threading the nut, it's hard to correct later.
