Laser-cut components from 3mm material (plywood, acrylic, or board). Adjust the size uniformly based on the material thickness using these factors: 1mm at 0.333, 2mm at 0.667, 4mm at 1.333, 5mm at 1.667, and 6mm at 2. Update numbering in the part file (dated April 17, 2014) with clean design, nested parts for 30% material reduction, and consistent 3.05mm joint gaps. The file comes in PDF, AI, DWG, and DXF formats, along with a 3DM version. Corrections include removing an extra piece from the large wing's leading edge, filleting messy corners, widening narrow leg parts for strength, and amending numbering error on the head (23, 22, 23). Line color is also corrected in the wing's extra piece.
