Bee hotel

Bee hotel

thingiverse

This small wild bee hotel is home to visible breeding cells where insects develop from eggs into adult bees. Observers can witness the transformation within these cells by looking at them carefully, opening the box only once a week to avoid disturbing developing bees. The cell tubes are created using 12mm x 75mm polypropylene test tubes (DM-17-017). Printing the hotel with wood composite filament is also possible. After inserting the tubes, glue the front and bottom sections together, then attach the hinge axles to the holes in the bottom section once the top section has been installed.
