Designed for standard 3/4" steel square tubing readily found at most hardware stores, this innovative ant trap is easy to assemble and install. The vertical legs, measuring 5-6 inches in length, can be expertly welded to a custom horizontal shape or structure of your choice - I opted for a rectangular frame to create a langstroth hive. The ant trap smoothly glides up the middle of each leg, allowing for secure support using self-tapping screws, neodymium magnets, or other innovative attachment methods. The unique foot design seals the bottom of the tube, effectively blocking ants from climbing up the center while the adjustable height settings also provide added stability in case the welding warps the level. Once installed, simply fill the ant trap with mineral oil and snap the cap securely back into place for easy inspection or refill. The cap's clever design allows for a quick glance at the contents without compromising the seal. Printed with durable PETG, this innovative ant trap features a cone attached to the top using SCIGRIP 16 10315 Acrylic Cement, providing a strong and long-lasting bond.
