The test has confirmed that the red design with two unique patterns operates effectively. Photos will be posted soon. The sunburst version features identical threads, so I'm confident it will work as well. It remains unprinted at this time. These bee feeders are designed to accommodate 1 quart Ball Mason jars and are based on precise measurements of the jar's neck and threads. The threads appear to have a 1/8 inch rounded profile with a quarter inch pitch, making them compatible with larger jars featuring the same neck size. The reservoir surface is intentionally positioned higher than the bottom edge of the jar, allowing for easy filling and stopping. No additional support is required under the lip where sugar water exits; instead, I employed triangle openings that self-support. However, the threads do require some assistance, but this should be straightforward to remove. To fit closely with the jar's thread profile while ensuring clearance, I chose not to use 45-degree surfaced threads. In my printed samples, the jars threaded in effortlessly after the support was removed. To adjust the feeder's performance, you can simply modify how deep the jar is and gently shake the holders until the first flow fills up the channels. Once the bees start drinking, they'll draw down the level, allowing it to refill when the vacuum is overcome.
