BedSide Tray

I initially designed this for my grandma, but I'm sharing it here too. The purpose of this tray is to be latched securely to the side of a bed and hold items in place. The hook is crafted specifically for 24mm thick material and requires DIN912 M3 bolts and DIN934 M3 nuts. - It took me approximately 9.5 hours to complete the entire print, using about 300 grams of filament. The tray can be printed without support but I chose to use a brim for added stability. - The tray is printed in two separate parts which are then glued together with super glue for a strong bond. - Two rods are used for alignment during assembly: one is 5mm and the other is 3mm. - Dimensions of the parts and bolt locations can be found in the drawing, allowing you to replace the hook with your own custom part to suit your specific needs.
