Create a bedside shelf clip from stock 3/4" birch, using corner framing parts readily available at stores like Lowes. This design fits bunk beds such as Ikea's Mydal model perfectly. An optional dowel rest can be used to secure the birch in place, but it was designed with the M3D TGH 115A printer in mind for a snug fit that can hold several pounds without needing a pin.
