The Bedrosian people live on the continent of Bedrosia within the planet P2X-416 and are at war with the Optrikaner who reside on Optrika, also on P2X-416. The conflict between these two races stems from differing views about human life's origin on their home planet: the Bedrosian people mistakenly believe they are descendants of a god named Nefertum and originate from P2X-416, while the Optrikaner correctly argue that human life arrived via a Stargate on their planet. Additionally, the Optrikaner claim Bedrosia as their own territory since it is where they believe their Stargate is located. Nefertum was likely responsible for the abduction of humans to P2X-416 as he was a Goa'uld. Technologically, the Bedrosian people are similar to Earth but in some aspects more advanced. They possess shields called Quarantaenefelder and utilize military vehicles that function as transport or flight. These can create energy fields and are equipped with Bedrosian energy weapons capable of rendering individuals unconscious. It is unknown if these weapons can be adjusted to cause fatal effects.
