I have this bed (Samuel Lawrence Ventura Full Sleigh Bed 8088-250-FL) that has headboards and footboards to accommodate both a full and queen size mattress. Only problem is, you have to either own the full (short) or queen (long) sized bedrails. If you happen to own the full sized bedrails and want to use a queen mattress, these will extend the rails 4 inches. You'll need threaded rod cut 4 inches longer then the threaded rod that comes with the bed. Of course, you can paint to match existing bed colour. I had to break this into 3 separate parts to fit on the printer bed. Fits either side - no ned to mirror for opposite side.
