Is your bed shaking like crazy at speeds other than slow? Well, you can either spend loads of time, labor, and materials to print a new stronger bed support (which will still be weak due to all the connections of parts) or you can reinforce that weak acrylic support that's prone to bending and warping with simple add-ons. This method is straightforward: use super glue to completely fuse the part to the acrylic. It's simple, fast, and clean - saving you time, labor, material, and a ton of headaches. This approach is extremely effective. It should work on most acrylic bed supports. Please check the clearances (guide mounts, bearing mount, stop switch, etc.) first. Resize in your slicer to the desired length and print. Double-check the clearances before proceeding. There's no going back after this step! Apply super glue to all sides from end to end. Try not to leave any gaps between the part and the acrylic. Add more super glue to fill those gaps so it has no room to bend or flex. Instant-cure for the super glue would be a big plus. You're done! You can go to sleep now.
