Bed Scr@per

Bed Scr@per

I built this scraper to make removing printed parts from my Prusa i3 MK3 bed a hands-free process. To keep the bed as oil-free as possible, I created a tool that's easy to use without touching the bed. The rounded handle provides comfort and makes it simple to hold onto. Since the goal was to create something compact, I designed it small enough to print quickly when a replacement is needed. It printed well with no supports required. This scraper feels great in your hand and can be scaled up if necessary. A hole in the handle lets you hang it if desired. I designed it using Fusion 360 and sliced it with Slic3r, setting the layer height to 0.20mm and infill at 20%. It printed nicely with PLA, but I plan to switch to PETG for future prints.
