This bed riser was created specifically to elevate a bed by 2 inches, allowing a storage box to fit snugly underneath. To prevent the casters from rolling off, they were set into a cylindrical groove within the block. The casters themselves measure 2 inches in diameter and 2.25 inches in length. The STL file for this design can be scaled to accommodate various sizes, catering to different needs. A 20% infill was used for the cross-hatching inside the design to provide sufficient strength to support the weight of an occupied bed. This percentage can be adjusted as per requirement. The material used for printing was PLA black filament. A Solidworks file is attached for further reference and modification.
