This plastic dot, also known as a "deb_of_nails dot," can be used like a mini bed of nails for relaxation purposes. Simply print numerous dots and decide whether you want to stand on them for foot relief or glue/sew them onto a cushion or mat for a larger bed of nails. This method is said to improve circulation and relax muscles, but medical benefits are not guaranteed. Be cautious when using the spikes as they shouldn't be sharp enough to puncture the skin. To create your own bed of nails, select the desired dot style, choose your preferred usage method, and calculate how many dots you need based on the space you want to cover (with about 5mm gap between each dot). After printing the dots, attach them to a cushion or mat using sewing or gluing techniques. For optimal results, use a cushion that's approximately 12-15cm thick. Remember, exercise caution when using these dots to avoid injury, as personal safety is of utmost importance.
