Primarily designed for geeetech prusa i3 series, this item is straightforward and easy to use, allowing you to adjust and turn the screw with just one hand. I employed the m3 rosette found here http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6599 yet still require two hands to turn the screw and hold the nut in place, especially when using a locknut. This design should fit on other platforms as well, with a measurement distance of 4.5mm from the edge of the wall/pole to the center of the screw hole. To use this item effectively, you'll need a spring-loaded bed. I haven't tested it yet, but theoretically, it should fit snugly without causing any damage to the wall during the turning process.
