Human builds RC car that doubles as bed; body shell created with OpenSCAD; video posted on YouTube and construction guide online. Note: RC car measures 400 x 240 x 150 mm; OpenSCAD source files available for download. Watch vehicle in action at http://youtu.be/fe2L77Kg6yw Detailed instructions found online; includes list of required materials. Only print STL files that do not begin with "DO_NOT_PRINT." Note: printing takes around 33 hours, recommended to use small value for in-fill and HIPS for material. Files needing brim include bed-post.stl; high-quality prints required for license-plate.stl and light-covers.stl. Mattress parts should have low infill to maintain light weight; need printed twice: bed-side.stl and slot-connector.stl. Along with 3D-printed parts, also requires plate, screws, paint, glue, fabric, magnets, figure, LEDs and more.
