Bed levelling sensor mount for CTC / Flashforge

thingiverse

This is a fast fix sensor mount designed to fit an LJ12A3-4-Z/AX proximity sensor onto a CTC Bizer Replicator clone for automatic bed leveling. It won't magically turn your CTC into a levelling machine - it's not possible with the standard mightyboard. It can be done, though, if you upgrade to other electronics and run Marlin (that's what I've done), or, if you swap out the mightyboard for an Atmega 2560 and use the right build of Sailfish (apparently). The mount replaces the spacer for the left-hand screw on the left-hand extruder, and a longer screw from below takes the place of the original one holding the extruder bar onto the carriage. Due to space constraints on the CTC, placing the sensor outside the edge of the carriage like this requires reducing the soft end stops (travel limits) so the printer doesn't crash into the left-hand x-axis mount.
