Setting up the nozzle bed thickness is a straightforward process that takes mere minutes to complete. This method provides a quick and precise way to level the bed to the correct nozzle gap. To get started, print these disks near each of the adjustment screws at 0.2mm layer height; the disk's thickness should be exactly 0.2mm. Measure the disk carefully, then adjust the screw as needed to achieve the perfect fit. Once you've made an adjustment, reprint the disk and measure it again to verify your changes. Repeat this process until you're satisfied with the results. Although these instructions are tailored for the Wanhao, they can be applied to other printers as well - I've successfully used them on my WDi3+ and Ultimaker2.
