A Print to Assist with Leveling Your Bed. Directions: 1) Open in Customizer and Set Up Layer Heights and Widths. Match your current setup by setting **layerHeight** and **layerWidth** to their corresponding values. 2) Set Distance From Center to the Right Amount. For a 200x200mm bed, use around 40, which is approximately 20% of its size. 3) Adjust Other Settings as Needed. You can change other settings if you want to customize your print further. 4) Create STL and Download It. Prepare it for printing by downloading the created STL file. 5) Check Printer Readiness and Build Platform Levelness. Ensure the printer is ready and the build platform is mostly level before proceeding. 6) Print Test Created. Print the test you created to check if everything is working correctly. 7) Examine Results and Adjust Level as Needed. Compare the thickness of pieces from side to side and corner to corner. You want them to be as close as possible. 8) Repeat Process Until Perfect. If the print was perfect, print your model. Otherwise, go back to step 6 and repeat the process until you achieve a perfect level. Tips: - Issues Which Could Mean the Bed is Too Low: - Gaps in the first layer - Corners or edges peeling up - Complete failure to stick to bed - Issues Which Could Mean the Bed is Too High: - No filament extruded/missing pieces - Layer not smooth/has bumps and lines - Leaves a trail of filament between pieces - Remember to Counter Balance Adjustments. When adjusting a screw, it changes the whole bed. Make sure to counter balance as you adjust. - Always Use Small Adjustments. If you have a long print ahead of you, it's worth getting the leveling perfect. - Note Down Screw Adjustments. Record which way to adjust your screws for future reference. Trust me, it's worth the tiny effort. - Leveling Should Be the Last Step Before Printing. Make sure everything else is set before attempting to level your bed.
