Bed Leveling - Stage 2 - Squishing Boxes

thingiverse

This is stage 2 for bed leveling on common printers like Ender3, Ender 5, which I call "Squishing Boxes". This was designed specifically for a 220mm bed, .4mm nozzle, .2mm layer height, and .4mm line width. As you print this test, carefully follow the printhead around and wipe your prints free from the bed by gently rubbing the lines (or squishing the boxes) until they won't let go easily. This helps get your bed leveling really dialed in after a standard 5 or 9 point bed leveling routine with paper or post-it notes. Here's a quick tutorial on how to use it: https://www.instagram.com/tv/BDmpXLHASF/ I've added CHEP's Bed Leveling Routine for the Ender3, as it's the perfect first step. Feel free to reach out if you need anything. I'm happy to do quick design work for a tip, if I can open source the work and let anyone use it!
