Bed Leveling Nylock Knob

For use with Monoprice Maker Select Plus/Wanhao i3 Plus and similar models, this leveling system is designed to replace stock springs for bed calibration. It mounts between the bed and plate, enabling precise adjustments to the hotbed temperature. An M3 nylock nut (compatible with the standard screw/bolt) is securely held in place. Measurements are 5.4mm +/- .03 on flat sides, ensuring a snug fit. This design was created from scratch, not remixed from existing models. Previous attempts were unsuccessful due to poor fitment and asymmetrical shapes. To address these issues, I designed this part using Tinkercad, incorporating five simple geometric shapes. Symmetry is key when working with square measurements, and this design meets those standards.
