To address declining print quality, I discovered that my printer's bed was becoming increasingly unlevel with each print session. The issue stemmed from nuts spinning off as the printer vibrated. This holder solves the problem by securing the nut in place and preventing rotation. It also saves time when adjusting bed levelness, as no pliers are needed to hold the nut while turning the screw. Designed for Mix G1 Printer M3 nuts, this part was created using SolidWorks 2012. Instructions include printing with normal settings, filing inner sides of hexagon, ensuring a snug fit without allowing the nut to fall out, and replacing plain nuts on the printer. Be cautious not to apply excessive heat during installation.
