Bed leveling knob with rotatable lever for Creality printers

I built these bed leveling knobs because I need to level my bed with precision. The larger knobs accomplish this task flawlessly, but I don't want to touch them once my bed is properly leveled. These bigger knobs can be accidentally touched and adjusted, making it possible to rotate the lever to the center of the bed, away from me, which makes it more difficult for me to adjust them. Since I use an adjustable Z-stop, that's why I prefer not to touch the knobs. Using a bed leveling sensor might also benefit from this design choice.
