bed leveling knob with adjustment marks
thingiverse
Using G92 values to adjust the bed, I needed to determine exactly how far to turn the knob. Knowing that M4 and M3 screws have thread pitches of 0.7 mm and 0.5 mm respectively, I divided the circumference into 7 and 5 equal parts, with each mark approximately 0.05mm apart. This was a rough estimate, but it yielded good results, allowing me to adjust the bed within a 0.1mm difference between center and corners in just 2-3 iterations. To secure the screws, I applied a small drop of superglue to lock them in place. The files provided are suitable for knobs with diameters of either 50mm or 30mm.
