Bed leveling for nozzle 0.4 - Geeetech A10
thingiverse
Here's how I level my personal printer: it's all about precision and patience. My Geeetech A10 is set up with a 220x220 bed size, perfect for the job at hand. To get the best results, I've opted for a 0.4mm nozzle - that way, the wall thickness will be just right. My first layer comes in at a height of 0.3mm, and from there, it's all about fine-tuning the print to perfection. I've found that three lines of skirt are enough to get the job done, and if things are looking good after one minute, I'm happy to call it a day. When it comes time to upload my gcode, I make sure to include all the right settings: travel speed at 40mm/s, wall speed at 20mm/s, hotend temperature at 200°, bed temperature at 60°, and of course, that first layer height of 0.3mm. With those parameters in place, it's time to let my printer do its thing - and with any luck, the end result will be a beautiful print that I can be proud of.
