Bed Level Tuning Kit (Prusa & Clones)

This is a leveling kit specifically designed for Prusa MK2/MK3 and similar printers when automatic calibration fails to handle severe bed warp issues. A precision-made tweezers is included as a time-saving feature, which proved essential in squeezing the stack of washers+spacer under the MK3 bed's magnetized surface. To use this kit effectively, add M3 spring washers underneath the bed spacers (more may be needed but keep in mind each washer measures 0.5-0.8mm). Measure and adjust as necessary until mechanical warp is significantly reduced. In my case, I achieved a remarkable 10x reduction in warp (from 600 microns to approximately 50), although further adjustment was limited due to remaining S-shaped warp between the screws. The dial mount's repeatability appears to be around 20 microns (0.001") along the X-axis and 3 microns when moving along the Y-axis, with copper traces and white paint thickness influencing these readings. The dial indicator mounts on 8mm rods spaced 45mm apart.
