https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2350276 has a great thumbwheel bed adjuster. Unfortunately I ran out of the right kind of screws for my bed and so I have #8-32 nuts. I adjusted the design to accommodate that kind of nut. The hex is about 9mm wide with the nut coming in at about 8.5mm. It fits snugly enough, though I don't really care about the fit too much just as long as it doesn't slip, the tension from the springs should be enough to keep it in position.
