Bed Level Tester
thingiverse
I designed a small bed-level tester that fits perfectly on my bed. To ensure accurate results, I place one in each corner and one in the center, although this setup can be adjusted to suit your specific needs. This 20mm disk features segments of varying thickness - one, two, or three layers - which provide an ideal testing ground for assessing layer adhesion. The middle section includes a sloped area with a hole that makes removal effortless without damaging the delicate parts, allowing for easy inspection of the topmost layers. As I use a Monoprice Select Mini printer, I designed this tester using the "Magic Number" layer heights to guarantee optimal performance. The accompanying STL file, "Bed_Test_0.2625_-_0.175.stl," is specifically sliced with a first layer height of 0.2625mm and subsequent layers at 0.172mm. To cater to different printers, I've also included variations for 0.1mm ("Bed_Test_0.1.stl") and 0.2mm ("Bed_Test_0.2.stl") layer heights, which are common settings for many other printing devices. Although I haven't personally printed these versions, they should work on your printer if it has the capability.
With this file you will be able to print Bed Level Tester with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Bed Level Tester.
