This replicator 2X leveling jig, designed for extra stability, uses three magnets and a scaled object at 101.18%. The design was modified from an original leveling jig by following Dan Ujvari's instructions found on Google Groups. These instructions involve ignoring one of the heads during the process and adjusting until all three points are aligned. Once aligned, check the other head to ensure misalignment is not present. Additionally, aluminum arms from Bottleworks can be purchased to prevent repetitive leveling. For usage, place the jig over the adjustment screws after setting the extruder nozzle height and use magnets available on Amazon and digital indicators found on eBay for stability and accurate readings.
