Bed Level Fine Tuning Adjustment
thingiverse
Greetings, I used to find the process of resetting my bed level quite tedious. To simplify it, I designed a straightforward method that allows me to set my bed level quickly. You can access the Sketchup file for any modifications. Additionally, I am currently working on implementing auto bed leveling; once completed, I will upload the results. I encourage you to comment and suggest improvements where necessary. This project was printed with a nozzle temperature of 195°C and a heated bed at 30°C, using a 0.4mm nozzle and 1.75mm filament at a speed of 100 mm/s. The M3 x 30mm screws are mounted from under the Y carriage with a standard spring, on top of the heated bed and glass. An M3 nut fits snugly into the recess. Please remember that this is a temporary solution for me as I plan to incorporate auto bed leveling soon. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!
