Bed Level Adjuster - Creality S4 - S5

I designed these custom thumbscrews to enhance the existing ones, since there aren't any commercial adjustment wheels that can fit snugly under the Creality CR10 S4/S5 without colliding with the rails. This modification simplifies and accelerates the bed leveling process, cutting effort in half and making the screws more easily accessible. They're now twice as large, eliminating the need to search for them underneath the bed.
