Bed Isolation Holder

I acquired an Anet A8 and sought to minimize bed heating time so I isolated the bed from the bottom using leftover cork (assembling three pieces together to form a 3mm mat).\nThe design and print of this frame are intended to press the cork against the heated bed.\nI utilized shorter springs, as the frame requires a small amount of space.\nThis project necessitates printing four corners and four sides, which simply snap into each other.\nThe process is ongoing, with continuous testing and refinement.\nPrint Settings\nPrinter: \n Anet A8\n \n Rafts: \n No\n \n Supports: \n No\n \n Resolution: \n 0.2\n \n Infill: \n 20\n \n Notes: \n Printed in PLA, as it does not come into contact with the hotbed.
