Bed Hadle with Bed leveling Knob Angle Holder

This is a fusion of two designs, merged into one seamless creation that eliminates the need for supports during printing! The way I printed these pieces resulted in a silky smooth finish to the touch, and a rock-solid strength. The angle hold feature ensures that the leveling knob turns with equal precision on all sides, even if you give your printer a good shake. This means you can significantly extend the time between level checks since once you've found that perfect sweet spot for your printer, it will remain stable until manually adjusted by you. If you encounter any printing accuracy issues, I recommend sanding down the connection points where the Angle Body and Holder meet. Apply some adhesive to give it extra stability – I personally use hot glue for this purpose. To print the handle part, multiply the Angle Holder in your slicer software, then invert the duplicated piece so you can attach it on the opposite side of the handle. Don't forget to multiply the Angle Body and Holder, then invert these duplicates as well to create the 2 bed leveling knobs located at the back of the bed. This way, you'll have one for each side. I've successfully printed using the following settings, which can be seen in the accompanying photos: * Nozzle size: 0.4 mm * Resolution: 0.2 mm * Alternate extra walls enabled * Infill percentage: 15% * Top and bottom layers: 7 * Ironing for a smooth finish All of these prints were done using PLA filament, but feel free to experiment with other types of filaments as well.
