Frame size - 160x160mm for bed use at 200x200mm on Prusa i3 or Wanhao Duplicator i3. The frame line width is set to 1 mm. My settings in Simplify 3D are: Nozzle diameter is 0.4mm Extrusion width is set to Auto/0.48mm Primary layer height is 0.2mm First layer height is set at 50% or 0.1mm First layer width is set to 100% I print without a Raft and no Brim. The line width of 1mm includes two extruded lines with 0.48mm each. When printing, these two lines must be bonded together seamlessly as one broad line with no gaps. Print settings include: Rafts - No Supports - None
