Bed Corner (Wanhao/Monoprice i3)

I needed a simple design for my Wanhao/Monoprice i3 bed's corner, something that would allow me to easily drop in several glass beds as needed. This is a modified version of an existing design, but I've made some significant changes. At the bottom, the base was rounded to take up less space on the heating mat, allowing for a tighter fit. The center mount hole has been moved closer to the corner and elongated to accommodate a snug fit with the bed's clamp. The design features a recessed arc in the corner that enables users to push it into place easily before tightening down the nut. For added stability, it's recommended to use a washer and thread lock nut underneath this piece, which the stock spring will fit neatly over. This corner support does not come with adjustable bolts. Instead, I've designed it for a specific setup where a glass bed is cut exactly to the bed's dimensions with slight indentations at each corner for the bed bolts. Most glass shops can do this cut for you if needed; however, I encourage experimenting with glass cutting as a fun and easy hobby that takes little practice.
