Bed corner for mounting a 3/16 Aluminum Build Plate

This is an enhanced bed corner assembly for mounting a 12" x 12" x 3/16" aluminum plate coated with your preferred choice of PEI, Buildtak, or bare finish to your TAZ printer. The design accommodates most if not all existing printers out there. To secure it in place, two 3mm heat-set inserts are required per corner, which can be sourced from McMaster Carr (www.mcmaster.com/#94180a333/=zkm85f) and the stock corner hardware as well as bed retention fingers are necessary for proper installation. The aluminum bed offers better heat distribution across its surface compared to a standard glass bed. Please exercise caution when removing parts, as the edges of the aluminum bed will be significantly warmer, leading to an increase in side temperature during the printing process compared to a glass bed setup.
