A simple solution: print a 205 x 205 mm plate, just 0.06mm thick, to clear out the old gunk from your printer's bed. To achieve smooth walls, adjust your Z-axis height accordingly, especially when printing multiple layers. Verify your bed level by adding extra walls to your prints and make any necessary adjustments as you go. Don't bother with skirts or brims on this one - they're not needed at 205 x 205 mm.
