Remixed of wespott's bed cable holder https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1641044, I've put my cables in 3/8" split cable trunking - this fits mine perfectly. As per the original, no need to remove any screws; The Thing sits over the top screw and rests on the top of the bottom screw that are holding the Y motor.
