Bed and Y Stabilizer 2

This thing was made with Tinkercad, so check it out online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/7t0VmBQPj1k. I've created my 2nd version of a bed stabilizer. In the middle, there's a tiny hole where I'm planning to stick a small nail that locks spring in place securely. I found two bearing holders from Adonirams design on Thingiverse; you'll need those for this project too. Also required are two 5mm x 11mm 2 mm bearings - mine came from BocaBearing.com. Here's what to do next: Print out 2 bearing holders, cut 1 Y stabilizer in one go, and prepare 2 pieces of .175 (3/16 inch) thick steel rods - I grabbed them at my local hobby shop. Each piece needs to be approximately 5.25 inches long. You'll also need a compression spring from the local hardware store; chop it into pieces that are roughly 1.75 inches in length each. Once you've got your materials, put the spring right in the middle of your Y stabilizer and use a small nail to secure it through the hole. After that, stick the bearings onto both sides of the bed bottom rail's center. Lastly, grind those steel rod ends for an optimal fit.
