This test determines whether the filament is firmly attached to the print bed. If all four corners of the print lie flat on the bed, you've got good adhesion going. But if not, it's likely your bed temperature needs a boost. You might also need to tweak your extruder temperature. Another thing to check is that your print bed is properly levelled.
