This model can be sourced from Archmodels vol. 36. For those who need it, there's also an alternative version without textures and materials (including mapping) that comes in max, obj, and dxf formats. However, the V-Ray *.max format is the one with textures and shaders included. Just remember that this model works optimally on 7 or higher versions of 3DS Max software.
