Beckman Coulter Biomek FX/NX Wash Station reworked

Hello friends! I've reworked my wash station design, which can be found on Beckman Coulter's Biomek FX / NX pipetting platforms. By modifying the original wash station, I was able to improve its ability to clean fixed 100 μL needles installed on my robot. The standard wash station doesn't provide sufficient cleaning for these needles, and they can only fit a few centimeters inside it. My updated design allows you to program your Biomek to wash your needles over more than 10 cm, which is much better when dealing with bacteria in a BioLector plate. This modified wash station is compatible with both the Biomek FXp and NXp platforms. Simply screw it into place - I personally used tape for added security during washing. To ensure waterproofness, I printed the wash stations in ABS and treated them with acetone vapor after printing. I've created two versions of the station: a low-profile one (which I'm currently using) and a taller version for those who need a deeper washing capability.
