I share with you this Becassine figure I've made for my mother's 75th birthday. When she was a little girl, my mother used to read every adventure of Becassine. It was her favorite French comics character. I know it is not an "current hero" and that this is old stuff for most of you, but I thought that a fews of you, "sweet age" friends who like vintage things, would appreciate it. I created this Becassine figure to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday in a special way. Every day as a little girl, my mother devoured every new adventure of Becassine. This beloved French comics character was her absolute favorite. I realize that Becassine may not be the current hero for most people today and that this is old news to many of you. Nevertheless, I believed that a few of you who are sweet friends in your golden years and who appreciate vintage items would really enjoy it.
