Introducing the Seed Single Pendant lighting fixture by Bec Brittain. It boasts dimensions of 10 x 10 x 36 cm (4 x 4 x 14 inches) and uses a single 25-watt bulb for a luminous output of 110 lumens at a color temperature of 2700 K. The Max file is ready for Corona renderer with accurately set lights, while the Scanline version features point helpers to let you place your own lights. FBX and OBJ files don't include light objects. This fixture comes in three distinct materials: golden, polished chrome, and painted metal. Modeled in 3ds Max with precise real-world dimensions (scene units are in cm). The file includes properly named objects, materials, and textures, all reset at scene origin [0, 0, 0]. Texture paths are set to relative, and materials are prepared for both Corona and Scanline renderers. Preview images are rendered with Corona and textures are in a separate archive.
