It's a simple ant feeder with several super tiny outlets. Water doesn't escape through the holes due to pressure and surface tension, always staying at the hole exit. If some water were to leak out, the water channel would collect it and ants could drink from it. The diameter of the tube I used is 19.5mm on the outside.
