Thickness (MM) to 2 Vectors per Pixel to 5 Form to 360 solid shell I tried different "Vectors per Pixel" settings starting at 2 and going up to 5. At 2, the file was much smaller, but was also more jagged. I settled on 5 since it was the first level that looked smooth. At 52mb, the 5 vectors per pixel stl is about 4 times the size it would have been at 2. I Think that was partially due to this being cartoon images. I tried it with some photos and was able to get smooth images with a setting of 2. I printed it with 2 shells, no infill, no layers on top or bottom, .2mm layer height.
