The idea of such a model with dimples while smiling appeared a long time ago. And only now I've finally given it a birth! There I spent a while working on the proper topology (no N-gons), hair, clothes and facial animation. The animation in presentation is not really perfect but it shows what the model can. Hopefully, you will like the fire mage I created. It has a fairly low poly count, which is suitable for either real time animation or games. The clothes are removable and she has anatomically correct body. The staff is controlled by a single bone as well as polygonal flames in blender scenes. In 3ds max it's rigged with biped and not animated.
