This design focuses on functionality rather than style. I'm using my worn-out Beats headphones as an example - both hinges and headset bands are damaged. The goal is to create a simple cover that can be easily inserted into the broken hinge, preventing further damage when wearing the headset. I've started with 1mm thickness, aiming for the thinnest possible design without compromising durability. UPDATE: Initially, I thought the hinge covers looked dull, so I came up with an idea - incorporating a horn-shaped design to give them some visual appeal.
