Beat Saber Hilt for Oculus Quest Controllers

Beat Saber Hilt for Oculus Quest Controllers

The Beat Saber handle/Oculus Quest by DE_Designs Models Works great. But I noticed that the controllers would "wiggle" a little while playing Intense, fast-paced maps. Blade displacement was another factor for the remix, an issue when dealing with rapid, closely placed blocks or smashing my controllers together when downward diagonal intersecting blocks present themselves. These fully encase the controller (Eliminates wiggle) and shorten the Blade Displacement in gameplay! Slots on sides for Zip-Ties/shoelaces/hooks & straps to secure/anchor to controllers rings. (Honestly, they are secure enough simply being encased, but why take chances?) Simply encase each controller in between the top halves and screw handle on. (Right handle threads on counter direction) May require light sanding for proper handle placement. Thanks to DE_Designs for the original model & improving BS gameplay. UPDATE: Thanks to jamesdurst for suggesting a few alterations that eliminate the tie-down straps and give additional peace of mind by using the factory wrist straps (to prevent controller fly away). The jamesdurst Altered hilts are listed as "Revised hilts" (only the top halves were revised, still use the original bottoms) photo of Revised hilt is hand-held one. Special note: The strap tightener will not fit through. For ease of strap passage, remove strap from controller, pass nub through passage (from outside) and re-install to controller.
