This is the Beat Bot, a print in place fold up robot! As much as I love creating my own designs, this was too awesome not to make, thanks to Fab365 and their Folding Robot-A design - I highly recommend buying it if you haven't already! Although I did model this all myself, I used their design as inspiration. There are four different models: a record player robot with headphones or without, and a speaker robot with headphones or without. This was designed in Fusion 360, where all the joints move smoothly. Some kind of adhesive is needed to join the tiles together - standard CA glue or epoxy will do the job just fine! One goal of this robot is for it to be customizable, so I included a blank version that you can use as a base and add your own design to the front.
